Due to the immediate nature of our processing services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after an application and payment have been submitted.

However, we do offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee if the following conditions are met:

EIN Applications

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• All required form responses are submitted promptly,

• We submit your EIN application to the IRS, and

• We are unable to retrieve your EIN within 30 days of submission.

ITIN Applications

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• All required documents are submitted correctly, and

• We are unable to retrieve your ITIN within 12 weeks of submission.

 

LLC Formation
You are eligible for a full refund if:

• All required information is submitted promptly, and

• We are unable to form your LLC within 14 calendar days of receiving your complete application and payment.

Because we typically process LLCs within 24 hours, no refunds will be issued unless the above conditions are met.

Important Notes

This guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

• You fail to provide required information or documentation,

• Your application is delayed or rejected due to errors or omissions on your part,

• You later obtain a Social Security Number (SSN) and no longer require an ITIN.
