If you possess a U.S. Social Security Number (SSN), you must disclose it, as required for IRS processing.

 

2. Third-Party Designee Authorization

By submitting an application through Ellison Filing, you authorize our team (or its authorized designees) to act as your Third-Party Designee with the IRS under Form SS-4 guidelines.
This authorization includes communicating with the IRS and receiving your EIN or ITIN on your behalf.

 

3. Independent Document Preparation

Ellison Filing is a privately owned document preparation service.
We are not affiliated with any government agency, including the IRS, U.S. Treasury, or Department of State.
You may apply directly for free via official government websites (irs.gov).

 

4. Not Legal or Tax Advice

Ellison Filing is not a law firm or tax advisory firm. Nothing on this website should be considered legal, financial, or tax advice.
For legal or tax questions, consult a licensed professional.

 

5. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.
All services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

 

6. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate nature of our processing services, all sales are final once an application and payment have been submitted.
However, we offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee if:

• You provide all required information promptly

• We submit your EIN application to the IRS, and

• We are unable to obtain your EIN within 30 days

For ITIN applications, the guarantee applies if all documents are submitted correctly and we are unable to retrieve your ITIN within 12 weeks.

Refunds are not available in cases of user error, missed communication, or later acquisition of a Social Security Number.

 

7. Privacy & Live Chat Technology

We provide ongoing support to all clients via email. This support is available after your initial service has been completed, for as long as our business remains operational. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1–3 business days.
